Ed Hardy Test

Here are some pictures from an in house model test shoot for Ed Hardy.
I was really surprised to see that the photographer was Srdjan who I had worked with before! It was cool to work with him again and made the shoot much more relaxed haha.
The Ed Hardy backdrop we were shooting against was pretty cool too. Lots of bright colours!

Big Love Tracks

We are smashing out a new track almost every week so there's lots in store from Big Love!
It's really fun to make commercial house/electro music for something different. Keeps me dancing around my room as I write the lyrics to the tracks producer Anthony James sends me haha.

Bag Shoot

I woke up at 5.30am for this shoot! So early the sun hadn't even risen, though that was kind of the point as the photographer Taras Taraporvala wanted to capture the early morning twilight.
Luckily there was lots of parking when I got to St Kilda beach because everyone else was asleep haha.
I wore a few different outfits which were very appropriate for the middle of winter...floaty dresses, bodysuits and singlets with bikini bottoms...hmmm.
But in all seriousness the shoot was actually really fun. It was freezing and dark when I arrived but jumping around getting action shots with the bags warmed me up and watching it get light was really nice. It's kind of fun to get up that early once in a while.
Waking up so early made the day seem really long too! I actually went to bed at 5.30am that night after watching my friend's band play so I was awake for a good 24 hours.

L'Oréal Hair Show

Well I've never done a hair show before because usually they want to cut it really short or dye it bright red but I finally did my first one!
It was the L'Oréal 'New York, London, Paris' show and was showcasing the latest runway trends from fashion capitals around the world.
My look was 'Paris' and I got a crazy modern french roll which had made an appearance at a couple of shows in fashion week. We also wore dresses inspired by the new season designs.
A couple of days before the show we went in to the L'Oréal office and got our hair done. We had a huge room all to ourselves and had snacks and magazines and just chilled out with our own personal hair dresser which was really fun...though of course the first thing they asked when I got there was if they could dye my hair bright red...haha!
I thought they were just going to put a gloss through it but I ended up with a colour called 'Black current' which is pretty much dark, dark brown with a purple sheen... I was a bit scared at first but then I got used to it. I think the bright lights at L'Oréal made it look more purple than it does in normal light too.
